"support got back to me Fast"
I had a quick question about my order and customer service replied faster than I expected. It did take one more message to fully get it sorted, but overall the help was good and easy to deal with.

"Checkout felt a bit frustrating to me"
In my experience, the site was messy to use on mobile, and the checkout kept loading really slowly. I almost gave up before the payment finally went through...

"Felt a bit off, not sure it was original"
The order took quite a while to arrive, and the box looked a little off when I got it. Something about it just felt off. The product worked okay, but the quality didn’t feel like what I was expecting at all. It felt kind of cheap, and again, just not quite right or fully authentic to me. I kept thinking it felt off compared to what I thought I was buying. Customer service replied, but it was a standard answer and didn’t really help much. Overall, I wouldn’t buy the same item again from 1outlets...

"Returning it turned into a hassle"
I tried to return my order, but the replies were really slow. Because no one gave me a clear refund date, I’m still left waiting and getting frustrated. it’s been more trouble than it’s worth.

"No updates after I ordered"
I placed my order and the tracking just never changed at all. I kept checking and there was basically no info. Support got back to me late too, and the answer wasn’t really clear, so I still didn’t know what was going on. just really frustating.

"The item showed up in good condition..."
The item showed up in good condition, so that was fine, but the shipping timing was not great. It took longer than I expected and, of course, arrived later than when I actually needed it. Not the worst experience, but the timing definitely made it annoying.
